About LPGA International - Legends (Daytona Beach, FL)
Designed by Arthur Hills and opened in 1998, the Legends is the newer of the two courses at LPGA International and a great compliment to its sister course, The Champions. The spectacular layout offers beautiful magnolia and heavily pinetree-lined fairways. Distinctly different from the Champions, the Legends compliments the links-style of its sister course and requires different strategies on each hole. Water borders on just eight holes, where nature abounds and no homes can be found! A wonderful Mediterranean style clubhouse complete with locker rooms, bar and grill and banquet room completes this first-class facility. LPGA International is located just an hour northeast of Orlando, and worth every mile of the drive.

Just a word about the restaurant. We ate two lunches on the veranda., It was wonderful and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The course was challenging but very nice. We enjoyed our time that we spent at both the Legends and the Champions. Thank youl

Geoffrey (Barnstaple, ) says:
All the courses in this area should be measured against this great facilty. There was hardly a blade of grass out of place. If this course can be so good it questions the maintainance schedule at other poorer condition courses.

Mark (Stratham, NH) says:
By far, the best course and facility in the area that we have played.

Stephen (West Nyack, NY) says:
Very tough and narrow course, the upkeep on the Legends seem to be a little less than that of the Champions course. Still an outstanding course and would recommend it to any golfer of any level.

Paul (Pleasanton, CA) says:
LPGA-Legends is a tighter course than the Champions. It provides enough tee boxes to challenge the better players. Some forced carry shots can be tough. It is worth the money to see it.

James (West Chester, OH) says:
This course is carefully carved out of a nature preserve. You share space with exotic birds, bobcats, alligators and critters of all sorts. A wonderful, natural environment golf experience. It was beautiful, challenging, and fun. We highly recommend it!

Michael (Belmont, MA) says:
We like this course a lot. Unfortunately, we had a 1:30/1:40 tee time that we didn't get to because of the pace of play problems at Champions during our morning round. We teed off at 2pm, and played 12 holes in about 90 minutes, only to get stuck behind the parade and ended up playing the last couple holes in the dark. Still a good course in fine condition.
